The Emotion, Cognition, and Health Outcome (ECHO) Lab at the University of South Carolina
is led by Dr. Chih-Hsiang "Jason" Yang in the Discovery Building on campus.
Our team applies mobile technology to study the affective and cognitive determinants and consequences of movement-based behaviors from children to older adults.
We also study the roles of mindfulness and physical activity in promoting healthy aging.
